The 14-Day Ride Guarantee

Every set of SENSUS grips is guaranteed. Not "guaranteed" with an asterisk the size of a water bottle — actually guaranteed.

Ride them for 14 days. Slap them on, do skids, case a landing or two. If you don't love them, send them back within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you or swap you into a different compound or shape. Your call.

The fine print (there's barely any)

• The guarantee covers grips only. They're the reason we exist, and we stand behind every set.
• You cover return shipping. We're a small crew pouring grips in Reno, not a warehouse empire.
• The 14 days start the day your order is delivered.
• Yes, you can ride them first. That's the whole point.

How to send them back

1. Email info@thesensus.com with your order number and which way you want to go: refund, or a different compound/shape.
2. We'll reply with the return address and get your swap or refund moving as soon as the grips land back with us.

Defects & everything else

If anything shows up damaged or defective — grips or otherwise — that's on us, full stop. Email info@thesensus.com and we'll make it right.

For anything that isn't grips (seats, pedals, streetwear, bags), reach out before sending anything back and we'll sort you out.
