Real World Huntington Beach

MTV couldn’t have picked a more volatile place to film the real world. If main street HB wasn’t obnoxious enough this will put it over the top.

Seeing as Scummington kids dress like kooks and think they are Tito Ortiz (the huntington beach badboy) this will get completely out of hand.

Hey, thanks for the compliments. I love in HB and that picture of the kids you have does not represent HB at all. That sir is 909 kids, HB kids are made up of skaters and surfers and that’s pretty much it. Get your facts straight

That makes me feel embarassed as a US citizen…we need to deport whoever thought that parading around a bunch of douchers on TV so they can flex and look hard to France. At least while they are their, they will feel at home with their gay ass ideas…

I’d just like to put it out there that those “badboys” aren’t from Huntington Beach. Those would be the 909-ers from the Inland Empire (Riverside, etc.) that come into Huntington Beach. Us people from Huntington Beach aren’t the obnoxious ones, it’s the people who come in.

ANDDD….on real world not everybody is from the place chosen to have real world
ANDDD….that picturee isn’t even a good representation of huntington beach peoplee.
i mean yeahh,..we have “bros” in HB. but, those look more like guys for the 909 or the 951 area.

Actually – I live 2 blocks from Main and we don’t want Real World coming here because all summer long the 909ers come in and it is douchbag overload. Real World would only amplify that. HB the other 9 mos of the year is a great place to live, surfers, skaters, young families, young professionals, and retirees, all living in harmony. If you think HB is trashy you haven’t been here in 10+ years.

Here’s the real question, how many HOURS into the show taping before one of the RW people gets their ass kicked at Crabby’s? Or until HBPD shoots one of them? As someone who lived for 23 years in HB and spent most of the last decade driving a taxi there, I can say it’s NOT the 909′ers who’ve ruined downtown HB. It’s the Tuppies, the Tattooed Urban Posers who moved there a year ago into a condo paid for by Daddy’s trust fund. You guys and gals suck. There were fights dowtown almost nightly before I left HB a year ago. How ’bout Real World Sheep Hills????
