Rule 1: when having your picture taken in front of an American monument you MUST give all foreigners some sign of disrespect. Any act of friendship or putting your arm around said foreigner like you wanna tongue kiss him, will result in your pride and or dignity being revoked.

I dont make these things up, sorry griz.
